Is the internship paid or unpaid?

At this time, our internships are unpaid and designed to provide meaningful educational and professional experience. Interns receive hands-on training, mentoring, leadership development, and opportunities to make a lasting impact in the community.

How many hours are required?

Internship hours vary depending on your college or university’s requirements. We work with each student and their academic institution to develop a schedule that fulfills program requirements while providing a meaningful learning experience.

Is training provided?

Absolutely!

Every intern receives an orientation and ongoing guidance throughout their internship. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop professional skills, and gain valuable real-world experience.

Who supervises interns?

Interns are supervised by the Founder & Director of A Better Way Ministry Inc. and experienced ministry leaders. Depending on your field of study, qualified professionals and approved internship supervisors may also provide guidance and mentorship to ensure you receive a meaningful educational experience.

Where are internships located?

Internships are based at the A Better Way Ministry Inc. office and throughout the Northwest Indiana community. Depending on the internship assignment, students may assist with community outreach, special events, administrative projects, educational programs, and ministry initiatives.
